Privacy policy

This page describes the processing of personal data linked to the use of https://licznikpv.pl, under Articles 12–14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Controller

Radif Partners
49 rue du Ressort
63000 Clermont-Ferrand, Francja / France
contact@licznikpv.pl

For any question about your data: contact@licznikpv.pl. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR are not met.

2. What you type stays in your browser

The calculations run in your browser. The municipality, size, use and amounts you enter are not sent to any server, are not stored and are not linked to any identifier. The site asks for no account, name or email address. The share link carries your inputs in the page address: send it only to people you choose. To suggest municipalities, your browser downloads the full list from our site; what you type is not transmitted.

3. Processing

Hosting server logs

For every request the host records the IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and referring page. Purpose: service security and fault diagnosis. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: according to the host’s policy.

Audience measurement with Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and learn which pages are useful: page views, referrer, visit length, device and browser type, approximate country and city. Google Analytics sets two cookies: _ga, which tells visitors apart with a random identifier, and _ga_ZKZX8MMCX1, which keeps the state of the visit. They last at most 13 months (390 days) and are not renewed on each visit.

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; it uses them only at collection time to derive approximate location. The page address sent to Google Analytics has its parameters removed, so share-link data are not transmitted. The site shows no advertising: ad storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are off.

Purpose: audience measurement. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Retention at Google: 14 months.

Technical stability with Microsoft Clarity, without cookies

To detect errors, slow pages and buttons that do not respond, the site uses Microsoft Clarity in cookieless mode: a separate identifier for each page view, page text and inputs masked. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Retention: 30 days for recordings, at most 13 months for aggregate data.

Messages you send us

If you write to the contact address, your address and message are kept as long as needed to reply and, where relevant, fix an error, and deleted at the latest three years after the last exchange. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients

No data are sold, rented or passed on. Only the host, Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited for Clarity have access, as processors under Article 28 GDPR. No advertising network runs on the site.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Hosting logs may be processed in the United States. Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Clarity data may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under Articles 15–22 GDPR. Write to contact@licznikpv.pl; we reply within a month. Without user accounts we usually hold no data identifying you, and we will tell you so.

To object to audience measurement without writing to us, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same.

You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl) or the authority competent for the publisher, Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (https://www.cnil.fr).

7. No automated decisions

A calculation result is an estimate produced at your request, from your inputs, in your browser. It has no legal effect and is not an automated decision under Article 22 GDPR. There is no profiling.
