Licznik PV is published by Radif Partners. This site gives the output of a roof in your municipality, the saving under net-billing, the value of the prosumer deposit, the cost of heating with a heat pump, gas or coal, and the grant you can get from Czyste Powietrze and the Przydomowe Magazyny Energii programme.

What this site calculates

The site computes PVGIS output separately for 2,077 municipalities, nets energy hour by hour as the law requires, values surplus at the real PSE RCE and RCEm prices of the last 12 months, shows how much deposit is lost, and gives the result at once, with no form, phone call or installer quote. Grants are taken from NFOŚiGW documents with their dates, including the Czyste Powietrze changes of 20 July 2026.

How we check

Before every publication automated tests run: the energy balance of every month, deposit valuation, refund caps, grant thresholds and amounts. The method page explains where every figure comes from.

What we are not

We are not an installer, an electricity seller, a grid operator, PSE, URE or NFOŚiGW, and we do not speak for them. We sell no panels, batteries or heat pumps, pass on no enquiries and take no money for recommendations.

Funding and data

The calculators are free and need no account. The municipality, use and prices you enter stay in your browser. If the site ever shows advertising, it will never sit above a calculator.

In Polish

Every page also exists in Polish, the original language of the site. The English version is written for people living in Poland who are just learning the Polish terms: net-billing, the prosumer deposit, RCE and Czyste Powietrze are explained, and amounts stay in zloty.
